西帕依固龈液在牙龈炎所致牙龈出血治疗中的应用价值

Application value of Xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of gingival bleeding caused by gingivitis

目的探讨西帕依固龈液在牙龈炎所致牙龈出血治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年3月至2020年8月于本院治疗的114例牙龈炎所致牙龈出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组57例。对照组给予复方氯己定含漱液治疗,观察组给予西帕依固龈液治疗,比较临床疗效、菌斑指数(PLI)与龈沟出血指数(SBI)、不良反应发生情况及治疗满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.49%,高于对照组的82.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PLI、SBI比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组PLI、SBI均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为1.75%,低于对照组的12.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意率为98.25%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎所致的牙龈出血疗效显著,可减少患者牙龈出血量及次数,安全性及满意度较高,可作为治疗牙龈炎所致的牙龈出血的优先选择。

Objective To investigate the application value of Xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of gingival bleeding caused by gingivitis.Methods 114 patients with gingival bleeding caused by gingivitis treated in our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given chlorhexidine gargle compound,and the observation group was given Xipayi mouth rinse solution,the clinical efficacy,plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),occurrence of adverse reactions,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.49%,which was higher than 82.46%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PLI and SBI between the two groups;after treatment,PLI and SBI of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.75%,which was lower than 12.28%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98.25%,which was higher than 78.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xipayi mouth rinse has significant efficacy in the treatment of gingival bleeding caused by gingivitis,with reduction in the amount and frequency of gingival bleeding,higher safety,and higher patient satisfaction,it can be considered as the preferred choice for the treatment of gingival bleeding caused by gingivitis.
