多乐氟氟化钠护齿剂在预防学龄儿童乳牙龋齿中的应用效果

Application effect of dolor sodium fluoride dental protector in preventing decayed teeth in school-age children

目的探讨多乐氟氟化钠护齿剂在预防学龄儿童乳牙龋齿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2019年10月于深圳市南山区慢性病防治院口腔科就诊的500名学龄前儿童作为研究对象,根据是否使用氟化钠护齿剂分为对照组与观察组,每组250名。对照组采用常规口腔卫生宣教,观察组在对照组基础上使用联合多乐氟氟化钠护齿剂,比较两组干预前后患龋齿情况及龋均。结果干预前,两组患龋人数、患龋牙数占比比较差异无统计学意义;干预1年后,两组患龋人数、患龋牙数占比均高于干预前,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组龋均比较差异无统计学意义;干预1年后,两组龋均均高于干预前,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟化钠护齿剂预防学龄儿童龋齿效果显著,可减慢患龋人数、患龋牙数、龋均的增长速度,提高牙齿的抵抗力。

Objective To investigate the application effect of dolor sodium fluoride dental protector in preventing decayed teeth in school-age children.Methods 500 preschool children who were treated in the Stomatology department of Nanshan District Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from May to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to whether they used sodium fluoride dental protectors,with 250 children in each group.The control group received routine oral health education,and the observation group received routine oral health education with the addition of multi-dose sodium fluoride toothpaste,the caries incidence and caries average before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the number of caries and the proportion of caries in the two groups;after 1 year of intervention,the number of caries and the proportion of caries of the two groups were higher than before intervention,but the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in caries between the two groups;after 1 year of intervention,caries of the two groups were higher than before intervention,but the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of sodium fluoride on preventing caries in school-age children is remarkable,which can slows down the growth rate of the number of caries,the number of caries and the average caries,and improves the resistance of teeth.
