白癜风合并症的研究进展

Research progress on complications of vitiligo

白癜风是常见的获得性色素脱失性皮肤病,与多种自身免疫性、系统性皮肤疾病相关,主要包括甲状腺疾病、斑秃、糖尿病、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、银屑病、特应性皮炎及视觉和听觉异常等。提高对白癜风合并症的认识,有助于探索白癜风的发病机制和治疗方向。本文对白癜风相关合并症的研究进展作一综述。

Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmented skin disease associated with variety of autoimmune and systemic skin diseases,mainly including thyroid disease,alopecia areata,diabetes mellitus,systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatoid arthritis,psoriasis,atopic dermatitis,and visual and hearing abnormalities,improving the understanding of the complications of vitiligo is helpful to explore the pathogenesis and treatment direction of vitiligo.This article reviews the research progress of vitiligo related complications.
