心脏超声在慢性心力衰竭中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Cardiac Ultrasound in Chronic Heart Failure

目的探究对诊断慢性心力衰竭患者应用心脏超声的价值分析。方法选取2022年3月—2023年5月阜宁县人民医院收治的38例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,将其作为观察组,同时选择同时间段的38例健康体检人员设为对照组,均对其进行心脏超声检查。将两组心脏超声指标数值相比较,分别为左心室收缩末期内径(left ventricular end systolic dimension,LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic dimension,LVEDD)、左房内径(left atrial dimension,LAD)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF);按照纽约心脏病学会心功能分级,评估心脏超声指标。结果观察组LVESD(45.22±3.27)mm、LVEDD(56.10±3.45)mm、LAD(39.16±3.24)mm,高于对照组的(30.31±3.10)、(44.32±3.01)、(31.02±2.25)mm,观察组LVEF(48.25±4.87)%低于对照组的(63.12±5.50)%,差异有统计学意义(t=20.398、15.860、12.721、12.478,P<0.05)。随着心功能级别升高,患者LVESD、LVEDD、LAD水平升高,LVEF水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在诊断慢性心力衰竭患者时,采用心脏超声诊断技术,诊断效果较为显著,有助于依据检查结果对患者心脏功能和形态进行评估,对下一步诊断以及治疗工作顺利进行具有较大参考价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of cardiac ultrasound in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From March 2022 to May 2023,38 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Funing County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were taken as the observation group.At the same time,38 healthy physical examination personnel at the same time period were selected as the control group,and all of them were examined by echocardiography.The values of cardiac ultrasound indexes were compared between the two groups,include left ventricular end systolic dimension(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left atrial dimension(LAD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Cardiac ultrasound indicators were evaluated according to the New York College of cardiology cardiac function scale.Results The cardiac ultrasound indexes of the two groups were analyzed.LVESD(45.22±3.27)mm,LVEDD(56.10±3.45)mm and LAD(39.16±3.24)mm in observation group were higher than those in control group LVESD(30.31±3.10)mm,LVEDD(44.32±3.01)mm and LAD(31.02±2.25)mm.LVEF(48.25±4.87)%of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(63.12±5.50)%,and the difference was statistically stsignificant(t=20.398,15.860,12.721,12.478,P<0.05).With the increase of cardiac function level,LVESD,LVEDD and LAD levels increased,while LVEF levels decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with chronic heart failure,the use of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis technology has a significant diagnostic effect,which is helpful to evaluate the function and shape of the patient's heart according to the examination results,and has great reference value for the next diagnosis and treatment.
