雷公藤多苷片联合缬沙坦在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用研究

Application of Tripterygium Glycoside Tablets Combined with Valsartan in Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

目的 分析雷公藤多苷片联合缬沙坦在糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy, DN)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年5月—2023年4月曹县人民医院收治的90例DN患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组应用缬沙坦治疗,观察组采用雷公藤多苷片联合缬沙坦治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能指标与不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。治疗12周后观察组血肌酐、血尿素氮、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 雷公藤多苷片联合缬沙坦在DN患者中具有较为理想的应用效果,可以有效改善肾功能,安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the effects of tripterygium glycoside tablets combined with valsartan in diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with DN admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with valsartan,and the observation group were treated with tripterygium glycosides tablets combined with valsartan.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion tripterygium glycoside tablets combined with valsartan have ideal application effect in DN patients,can effectively improve renal function,safe and reliable.
