Ultrasound is the preferred method to evaluate ovaria-adnexal lesions, accurately judge the benign and malignant tumors of ovaria-adnexal tumors, and help to provide patients with optimized clinical treatment plans,so that benign tumors can avoid unnecessary excessive surgery, and malignant tumors can be referred in time to reduce their mortality.Traditional ultrasound diagnosis relies on operator experience, and there is no unified standard for ultrasound report, which leads to difficulties in communication between sonographers and clinicians.(ovarian adnexal reporting and data system)O-RADShas a standardized dictionary to unify the terms of ultrasound reports, making it easy for clinicians to interpret ultrasound reports. At the same time,it is also helpful for different experience sonographers to apply the classification method. In order to enable patients with ovario-adnexal tumors to be properly triaged according to the benign and malignant risk of the lesions,O-RADS content is constantly modified and refined to help sonographers assess the benign and malignant risk of ovario-adnexal tumors. In this paper, the application and research of O-RADS ultrasound scoring system in the evaluation of ovario-adnexal tumors were reviewed based on domestic and foreign literatures.
