补骨续断胶囊联合经皮椎体成形术对骨质疏松压缩性脊柱骨折患者腰椎功能、预后的影响

Effect of Bugu Xuduan Capsule Combined with Percutaneous Vertebroplasty on Lumbar Function and Prognosis of Patients with Osteoporotic Compression Spinal Fracture

目的 探讨补骨续断胶囊联合经皮椎体成形术对骨质疏松压缩性脊柱骨折患者腰椎功能、预后的影响。方法 本研究选取2020年1月—2022年11月江苏省海安市中医院收治的68例骨质疏松压缩性脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法将其分成两组,均接受经皮椎体成形术,其中34例术后予以碳酸钙D3片为对照组;另34例术后予以补骨续断胶囊为观察组。两组均治疗1个月,并观察5个月。比较两组患者症状消失时间、骨折愈合时间、骨代谢指标、腰椎功能评分。结果 观察组肿胀、压痛、纵向叩击痛消失时间及骨折愈合时间分别为(4.93±0.54)d、(13.25±3.13)d、(6.75±1.12)d、(7.92±1.10)周,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=27.730、12.473、30.585、31.873,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清骨钙素、降钙素、骨钙素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 补骨续断胶囊联合经皮椎体成形术可有效缓解骨质疏松压缩性脊柱骨折患者临床症状,促进骨愈合及腰椎功能的恢复,进而改善预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bugu Xuduan capsule combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty on lumbar function and prognosis of patients with osteoporotic compression spinal fracture.Methods 68 patients with osteoporotic compression spinal fractures admitted to Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to random number table method.All of them underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty.Among them,34 cases were treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets as control group,and 34 cases were treated with Bugu Xuduan capsule as observation group.Both groups were treated for 1 month and observed for 5 months.The two groups of indicators were compared.Results The disappearance time of swelling,tenderness,longitudinal percussion pain and fracture healing time in the observation group were(4.93±0.54)d,(13.25±3.13)d,(6.75±1.12)d and(7.92±1.10)weeks,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=27.730,12.473,30.585,31.873,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum osteocalcin,calcitonin and osteocalcin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bugu Xuduan capsule and percutaneous vertebroplasty can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with osteoporotic compression spinal fractures,promote bone healing and the recovery of lumbar function,and improve the prognosis.
