玻璃离子与复合树脂在儿童龋齿充填中的效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Effectiveness of Glass Ionomer and Composite Resin in Dental Caries Filling in Children

目的对比口腔科以充填法治疗儿童龋齿患儿时复合树脂、玻璃离子的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—12月南通市玉蕙口腔医院口腔科接收的86例龋齿患儿为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将其划分成参比组和研究组,各43例,参比组充填治疗中使用玻璃离子,研究组患儿充填治疗中使用复合树脂,比较两组患者治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况、治疗优良率。结果研究组治疗后的出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、牙齿松动度评分均优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参比组并发症总发生率为18.60%高于研究组的2.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.080,P<0.05)。参比组治疗优良率为74.42%明显低于研究组的93.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔科充填治疗中,复合树脂、玻璃离子均可发挥作用,但龋齿患儿应用复合树脂的效果更好,病情明显缓解,安全性高。

Objective To compare the application of composite resin and glass ionomer in the treatment of children with dental caries by filling method in stomatology.Methods 86 childrens with dental caries who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology at Yuhui Stomatological Hospital in Nantong City from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a reference group and a study group based on the order of treatment,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group used glass ions for filling treatment,while the study group used composite resin for filling treatment.The treatment effects,postoperative complications,and excellent and good treatment rates of the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding index,plaque index,periodontal exploration depth,and tooth mobility score of the study group after treatment were all better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the reference group was 18.60%higher than that in the study group was 2.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.080,P<0.05).The excellent and good treatment rate of 74.42%in the reference group was significantly lower than 93.03%in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Composite resin and glass ionomer can play a role in stomatology filling treatment,but the application of composite resin in children with dental caries is more effective,with obvious relief and high safety.
