经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫颈癌临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Cervical Cancer

目的探讨在诊断宫颈癌使用阴道彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月于费县妇幼保健院确诊的40例宫颈癌患者和40例健康体检者作为研究对象,分别对其进行病理学检查和阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,计算经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫颈癌患者的灵敏度、特异度。结果根据经阴道超声检查结果可见,阳性患者37例,阴性患者43例,AUC值为0.888,95%CI为0.807~0.968,灵敏度为92.50%、特异度85.00%,经一致性检验,Kappa值为0.886,一致性较好。结论在诊断宫颈癌超声检查中,阴道彩色多普勒超声具有较高的准确率,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of using vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 40 cases of cervical cancer diagnosed in Feixian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the study objects.Pathological examination and vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography were performed respectively to calculate the sensitivity,specificity of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical cancer patients.Results According to the results of transvaginal ultrasonography,37 patients were positive and 43 were negative.AUC value was 0.888,95%CI was 0.807~0.968,sensitivity was 92.50%and specificity was 85.00%.By consistency test,Kappa value was 0.886,indicating good consistency.Conclusion In the diagnosis of cervical cancer ultrasound,vaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a high accuracy rate and has a high diagnostic value.
