探究子宫输卵管4D超声造影对不孕症患者的临床诊断价值

Clinical Diagnostic Value of Hysterotubal 4D Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in Infertile Patients

目的 探究子宫输卵管4D超声造影对不孕症患者的临床诊断价值。方法 选取2019年10月—2021年10月甘肃省嘉峪关市酒钢医院收治的80例疑似不孕症女性患者为研究对象,分别对其开展经阴道子宫输卵管4D超声造影和宫腹腔镜检查,宫腹腔镜检查为金标准,对子宫输卵管4D超声造影的诊断价值进行评估。结果 4D超声造影检查的灵敏度为80.30%、特异度为71.42%、准确度为78.75%,Kappa=0.413。经阴道子宫输卵管4D超声造影对输卵管通畅、输卵管通而不畅、输卵管堵塞的诊断符合率分别为85.71%(30/35)、80.00%(16/20)和80.00%(20/25)。结论 子宫输卵管4D超声造影对不孕症患者具有较好的诊断价值,诊断符合率较高,且安全性值得肯定。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of hysterotubal 4D contrast-enhanced ultrasound in infertile patients.Methods 80 female patients with suspected infertility admitted to Jiugang Hospital in Jiayuguan City,Gansu Province from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Transvaginal 4D hysterosalpingography and hysterosalpingography were performed on them,with hysterosalpingography being the gold standard.The diagnostic value of 4D hysterosalpingography was evaluated.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of 4D contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination were 80.30%,71.42%,78.75%,and Kappa=0.413.The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal hysterosalpingography with 4D contrast-enhanced ultrasound for unobstructed fallopian tubes,unobstructed fallopian tubes,and blocked fallopian tubes was 85.71%(30/35),80.00%(16/20),and 80.00%(20/25),respectively.Conclusion Hysterotubal 4D contrast-enhanced ultrasound has a good diagnostic value for infertile patients,the diagnosis coincidence rate is high,and the safety is worthy of affirmation.
