运动状态下针刺特效穴配合冲击波治疗肩周炎的临床疗效研究

Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture Texiao Points Combined with Shockwave Treatment for Frozen Shoulder under Exercise Condition

目的研究肩周炎患者使用运动状态下针刺特效穴和冲击波联合治疗的效果。方法选取2021年2月—2022年12月广州中医药大学顺德医院收治的60例肩周炎患者为研究对象,使用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,研究组采用运动状态下针刺特效穴+冲击波治疗。对比两组治疗效果、各时间段疼痛改善情况、各时间段关节活动程度。结果治疗后,研究组有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分(2.11±0.12)分明显低于对照组(4.12±0.86)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.679,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组关节活动程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动状态下针刺特效穴+冲击波治疗肩周炎患者能够帮助患者有效缓解疾病引起的疼痛感,促使患者肩关节活动不受疾病的影响,将整体治疗效果进行提升。

Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of patients with frozen shoulder using acupuncture Texiao points and shockwave under exercise condition.Methods A total of 60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the study group was treated with acupuncture at special effective points+shock wave under exercise.The treatment effect,pain improvement at each time period and joint activity at each time period before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of scapulohumeral periarthritis in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale score of the study group(2.11±0.12)points was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.12±0.86)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.679,P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of joint activity in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture Texiao points+shockwave treatment for patients with frozen shoulder in the exercise condition can help patients effectively relieve the pain caused by the disease,promote the patients'shoulder joint activities are not affected by the disease,and the overall therapeutic effect will be improved.
