银翘散合小柴胡汤加减治疗小儿急乳蛾疾病的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Yinqiaosan and Xiaochaihu Decoction Addition and Reduction in the Treatment of Pediatric Acute Tonsillitis Disease

目的 分析小儿急乳蛾病行银翘散合小柴胡汤加减治疗的价值。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年4月南京市浦口区中医院门诊的80例急乳蛾病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为比照组和治疗组,每组40例。比照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在比照组的基础上行银翘散合小柴胡汤加减治疗,比较两组炎症因子、症状积分、恢复时间和治疗有效率。结果 治疗后,治疗组炎症因子均低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组咽喉水肿、发烧疼痛等症状积分低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为95.00%高于比照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.797,P<0.05)。结论 银翘散合小柴胡汤加减的方案疗效好,可减轻急乳蛾病相关症状,加快各症状的消失,降低咽喉位置炎症反应,改善小儿急乳蛾病预后。

Objective To analyze the value of Yinqiaosan and Xiaochaihu decoction addition and reduction in the treatment of pediatric acute tonsillitis disease.Methods From April 2022 to April 2023,80 children with acute mastitis in the outpatient department of Pukou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The treatment group was treated with Yinqiao Powder and Xiaochaihu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory factors,symptom scores,recovery time and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the inflammatory factors in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of throat edema,fever and pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.797,P<0.05).Conclusion The regimen of Yinqiaosan and Xiaochaihu decoction addition and reduction has good efficacy in reducing the symptoms associated with acute tonsillitis disease,accelerating the disappearance of each symptom,reducing the inflammatory reaction in the throat location,and improving the prognosis of pediatric acute tonsillitis disease.
