何氏通淋排石汤加减联合艾灸对输尿管镜碎石术后的疗效研究

Study on the Effect of He's Tonglinpaishi Decoction Combined with Moxibustion on Postoperative Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy

目的:观察何氏通淋排石汤加减联合艾灸对输尿管镜碎石术后疗效的影响。方法:研究总计纳入120例输尿管结石患者(2021年8月至2023年2月)随机分为对照组与研究组,患者均采取输尿管镜碎石术治疗,对照组患者(60例)术后常规治疗,研究组患者(60例)术后常规治疗结合何氏通淋排石汤加减及艾灸治疗,两组患者临床数据对比:结石清除率、术后并发症发生率及术后1周、术后2周、术后3周患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)情况、术后1d与术后3周患者C反应蛋白(CRP)水平以及白细胞计数(WBC)情况。结果:研究组结石清除率(98.33%)显著高于对照组(88.33%)(P<0.05);与对照组(13.33%)比较,研究组术后的并发症发生率更低(3.33%)(P<0.05);术后1周及术后2周、术后3周,研究组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1 d与术后3周研究组CRP与WBC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:何氏通淋排石汤加减联合艾灸可提升输尿管镜碎石术后疗效,提升结石清除率以及降低术后并发症发生率,术后疼痛轻,机体炎症反应轻,恢复好。

Objective:To observe the effect of modified He's Tonglinpaishi decoction combined with moxibustion on postoperative efficacy of ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods:A total of 120 patients with ureteral calculi(admitted from August 2021 to February 2023)were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.All patients were treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy.The control group(60 cases)received conventional postoperative treatment,while the study group(60 cases)received conventional postoperative treatment combined with He's Tonglinpaishi decoction and moxibustion treatment.Comparison of clinical data in each group:stone clearance rate,incidence of postoperative complications,pain visual analogue score(VAS)at 1 weeks,2 weeks and 3 weeks after surgery,C-reactive protein(CRP)level and white blood cell(WBC)counts at 1 day and 3 weeks after surgery.Results:The stone clearance rate of the study group(98.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.33%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(13.33%),the incidence of postoperative complication of the study group was lower(3.33%)(P<0.05).VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after surgery(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and WBC in the study group 1 day and 3 weeks after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified He's Tonglinpaishi decoction combined with moxibustion can improve the postoperative efficacy of ureteroscopic lithotripsy,increase the stone clearance rate and reduce the incidence of postoperative complication,and the postoperative pain is light,the body inflammation is light,and the recovery is good.
