基于三级公立医院绩效考核的医院运营管理改进实践与思考 被引量:2

摘要 公立医院绩效考核是推动医院高质量发展、强化内涵建设、深化医改政策落地的重要抓手。以湖北省某大型三甲公立医院为例,阐述该院在三级公立医院绩效考核背景下结合国家政策导向与医院管理目标采取一系列运营管理改进措施,医院医疗服务能力、运营效率、员工积极性、患者满意度均得以有效改善。同时,针对公立医院绩效考核背景下医院运营管理提出思考与建议。 The performance evaluation of public hospitals is an important lever to promote high-quality development,strengthen connotation construction,and deepen the implementation of medical reform policies.This article takes a large tertiary public hospital in Hubei Province as an example to illustrate that against the background of performance evaluation in tertiary public hospitals,the hospital has taken a series of operational management improvement measures in combination with national policy guidance and hospital management goals.The hospital’s medical service capacity,operational efficiency,employee enthusiasm,and patient satisfaction have all been effectively improved.At the same time,insights and suggestions for hospital operation and management in the context of performance evaluation in public hospitals are put forward.
