摘要
目的 强化现有平台科室的运营管理手段,加强成本管控,提升运行效率。方法 A医院构建平台科室精细化管理体系,以成本为突破口,以绩效为指挥棒,以数据分析和决策支持为核心力量,实施成本精细化分摊、设备闭环式管控、绩效一体化考核、数据持续性跟踪一系列措施。结果 医院平台科室成本得到有效管控,运营效率指标持续改善,信息化建设水平有所提升。结论 实现医院平台科室精细化管理,有利于促进降本增效,优化平台资源配置和提升医院整体资源利用效率,助推医院高质量发展。
Objective To strengthen the operational management of existing platform departments,enhance cost control,and improve operational efficiency.Methods A Hospital has built a fine operational management system for platform departments,with cost as the breakthrough point,performance as the guiding principle,data analysis and decision support as the core strength,and implemented a series of measures such as targeted cost allocation,closed-loop equipment control,integrated performance assessment,and continuous data tracking.Results The cost of the hospital's platform department has been effectively controlled,operational efficiency indicators have continued to improve,and the level of information construction has been improved.Conclusion Achieving fine operational management of hospital platform departments is beneficial to promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement,optimizing platform resource allocation,enhancing the efficiency of overall resource utilization in the hospital,and promoting high-quality development of the hospital.
