广州市五家医疗机构温敏型药物存储及院内运输情况与分析

Investigation and analysis on the temperature sensitive drug storage and Intra-hospital transportation in five hospitals in Guangzhou

目的 了解广州市部分医院温敏型药物存储及院内运输情况现状。方法 根据《药品经营质量管理规范》(2021版)、《中华人民共和国药典》(2020版)及药品说明书,对广州市三家三级医院及两家社区医疗机构温敏型药物存储及院内运输情况进行调研与分析。结果 五家医疗机构中,药品存储环境基本符合要求。需冷处药品均放置在2-8℃冰箱或冷库内;需阴凉及常温药品放置在有空调(18~25℃)及通风的药库或药房中,无阳光直射;需冷冻药品放置于-18~-20℃的冰箱中。药品转运方面,三家三级医院内,冷藏药品转运用保温箱冰袋保持药品处于低温状态,常温药品常温转运。两家社区医疗机构内,冷藏药品、常温药品均常温转运。

Objective To investigate the current status of drug storage and intra-hospital transportation in Guangzhou hospitals.Methods The actual storage condition and transportation of drugs in five hospitals were investigated and analyzed by reference to Good Supply Practice of Drug(2021 edition),Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) and dispensatory.Results The storage conditions of drugs in five hospitals basically meets the requirements.Drugs needed stored at low temperature were in refrigerator or warehouse at 2~8 ℃.Drugs needed stored at room temperature and in shade place were in warehouse at 18~25 ℃,no direct sunlight,Drugs needed stored in freezing room were in refrigerated warehouse at-18~-20 ℃.Transportation of low temperature drugs in tertiary hospitals were in cooler boxes with ice bags,room temperature drugs were in paper boxes.Transportation of low or room temperature drugs in community hospitals were in paper boxes.
