摘要
信息技术的迅猛发展促使越来越多的医院选择通过构建人力资源信息管理系统来实现人力资源管理的科学化和精细化,从而提升医院在整个卫生系统的核心竞争力。笔者围绕公立医院人力资源管理现状,深入研究、多方探讨,梳理查找存在问题,逐项分析问题成因,并结合H医院高质量发展对人力资源管理信息系统实际需求,阐述信息化系统建设实践方案,搭建规范、高效、符合现代医院人力资源管理内涵建设的信息平台,为公立医院在信息时代背景下实现高质量发展提供有益探索与实践。
The rapid development of information technology has prompted more and more hospitals to choose to build human resource information management systems to achieve scientific and refined human resource management,thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of hospitals in the entire health system.The author focuses on the current situation of human resource management in public hospitals,conducts in-depth research and multiple discussions,sorts out and identifies existing problems,analyzes the causes of each problem,and combines the actual needs of H Hospital's high-quality development for human resource management information systems to elaborate on practical solutions for information system construction,build a standardized,efficient,and modern information platform that conforms to the connotation of human resource management in hospitals,and provide beneficial exploration and practice for public hospitals to achieve high-quality development in the context of the information age.
