目的:为我国化妆品行业高质量发展提出意见建议。方法:基于消费需求、行业规模、销售渠道、全球视野4个维度,对2021~2022年我国化妆品行业进行现状扫描、问题分析、趋势研究。结果:2021~2022年我国化妆品行业总体呈现出在规范中科学发展的良好势头,但同时也面临着在发展中创新不足的严峻挑战。化妆品行业呈现健康发展趋势,新消费时代已经到来,高端品牌将引领产业发展,国际化妆品行业融合发展。结论:我国化妆品行业高质量发展需要培育高素质化妆品消费者、推动全产业链创新发展、专项整治化妆品电商环境、打造中国特色化妆品国际品牌。

Objective:This study aims to provide suggestions and recommendations for the high-quality development of China’s cosmetics industry.Methods:Based on four dimensions of consumer demand,industry scale,sales channels,and global perspective,the current status,problem analysis,and trend research on China's cosmetics industry in 2021-2022 are conducted.Results:The overall development of China’s cosmetics industry in 2021-2022 has shown a positive momentum of scientific development within regulations.However,it also faces severe challenges of insufficient innovation during its development.The industry exhibits a trend of healthy development,driven by the arrival of the new consumer era.Highend brands are leading the industry,and the international cosmetics industry will experience integration and development.Conclusion:The high-quality development of China’s cosmetics industry requires cultivating high-quality cosmetics consumers,promoting innovative development across the entire industry chain,addressing specific issues in the e-commerce environment for cosmetics,and building distinctive international cosmetic brands with Chinese characteristics.
