立德树人视域下高校学生管理工作与思政教育的融合路径探析

切实落实立德树人目标是推进中国特色社会主义教育事业稳健发展的关键。作为高校教育管理的主要内容,学生管理工作与思政教育不仅育人目标一致、工作理念相通,而且教育职能互补、教育效果互促,二者融合互促对于形成统一的育人行动规范与价值共识具有重要意义。因此,亟需从顶层设计、主体赋能、理实结合、平台搭建等多重维度出发,稳步推进高校学生管理工作与思政教育的融合,在二者的协同育人下,实现立德树人根本任务。

The key to promoting the steady development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics is to earnestly implement the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people.As the main content of college education management,student management and ideological and political education not only have the same educational goals and work concepts,but also complement educational functions and promote educational effects.The integration of the two is of great significance for forming a unified educational action standard and value consensus.Therefore,it is urgent to steadily promote the integration of college student management and ideological and political education from multiple dimensions,such as top-level design,subject empowerment,combination of theory and practice,and platform building,so as to achieve the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people under the collaborative education of the two.
