新时代高校思政智库具有政治性、创新性、协同性以及独立性等特点,具有政治保证、舆论导向、思想凝聚、激励引导以及立德树人等功能。加强高校思政智库建设,不仅是应对复杂社会环境的必然选择,而且是强化意识形态话语权的重要保障,同时也是丰富拓展思想政治教育内涵的重要途径。需要从强化顶层设计、构建协同创新机制、打造高质量人才队伍、加强信息化建设、建立健全成果转化机制等角度入手,持续推动高校思政智库服务能效的提升。

The ideological and political think tanks in colleges and universities of the new era have the characteristics of political,innovative,collaborative and independent,and have the functions of political guarantee,public opinion guidance,ideological cohesion,incentive guidance and moral cultivation.Strengthening the construction of ideological and political think tanks in colleges and universities is not only an inevitable choice to deal with the complex social environment,but also an important guarantee to strengthen the ideological discourse power,at the same time,it is also an important way to enrich and expand the connotation of ideological and political education.This needs to continue to promote the service efficiency of ideological and political think tanks in colleges and universities from the perspectives of strengthening top-level design,building a collaborative innovation mechanism,building a high-quality talent team,strengthening information construction,and establishing and improving the achievement transformation mechanism.
