基于门诊用药咨询数据探讨互联网药事服务的优化

Discussion on the optimization of internet pharmaceutical service based on the data of outpatient drug consultation

摘要 目的分析患者用药需求的特点,探讨互联网药事服务的优化,以确保突发公共卫生事件期间的用药安全。方法收集互联网门诊建立前后用药咨询(包括配药咨询和用药指导咨询)数据,利用帕累托图法,通过对互联网门诊建立前后用药咨询情况进行比较,分析患者用药需求的内容和特点。结果互联网医院建立前(2022年2月7日-4月10日),门诊用药咨询主要涉及用药指导咨询,共149例次,其中用药方法(53.02%)、药物相互作用(12.08%)和药物不良反应(10.07%)是主要的咨询内容。互联网门诊建立后(2022年4月11日-5月13日),互联网配药咨询共160例次,其中未收到药(65.63%)以及互联网配药条件和流程(11.88%)是主要的咨询内容;用药指导咨询81例次,药物的适应证(43.21%)、药物的可替换性(13.58%)、指导换药(9.88%)和用药方法(9.88%)是主要的咨询内容。结论互联网配药咨询和用药指导咨询的内容可以反映突发公共卫生事件期间患者用药需求的特点,基于此可优化互联网药事服务,使其更能满足突发公共卫生事件期间患者的用药需求,保障患者治疗的连续性和用药安全。 AIM To discuss the optimization of internet pharmaceutical services by analyzing the characteristics of patients' medication needs,so as to ensure the safety of drug use during public health emergencies.METHODS The data of online outpatient dispensing consultation and medication guidance consultation before establishment of online outpatient and after establishment of online outpatient were collected,and the Pareto chart method was used to analyse the collected data.By comparing the differences of outpatient medication consultation before and after the establishment of internet outpatient clinics,the content and characteristics of medication needs of patients were analyzed.RESULTS Before establishment of online outpatient(Feb.7-Apr.10,2022),there were 149 cases of medication guidance consultations,and medication methods(53.02%),drug interactions(12.08%) and adverse drug reactions(10.07%) were the main consultation contents.After establishment of online outpatient(Apr.11-M a y 13,2022),there were 160 consultations on internet dispensing,and no medicine was received(65.63%) and the conditions and procedures for dispensing online(11.88%) were the main consultation contents.After establishment of online outpatient,there were 81 consultations for medication guidance,and the main consultation contents were the indications of drugs(43.21%),the replaceability of drugs(13.58%),the guidance on changing medicines(9.88%) and the method of medication(9.88%).CONCLUSION The content of internet dispensing consultation and medication guidance consultation can reflect the characteristics of patients' medication needs during public health emergency.Based on this,the internet pharmaceutical service can be optimized,so that it can better meet the medication needs of patients during public health emergency,and ensure the continuity of patient treatment and medication safety.
