无线医疗设备的共存能力评价技术研究

摘要 无线通信技术在医疗设备中的应用,使得疾病诊断、监护和治疗等医疗服务朝着智能化、移动化、远程化方向发展。无线医疗设备在日益复杂的通信干扰环境中的安全性和有效性面临巨大挑战,定量评价无线医疗设备在干扰环境下共存能力的测试方法具有重要意义。本文分析无线医疗技术发展及监管法规,根据ANSIC63.27-2017标准中传到测试、多室测试、电磁波暗室辐射测试和开阔环境辐射测试四种方法,提出了无线医疗设备共存能力评价的完整流程及关键技术。为无线技术在医疗设备领域的推广应用提供可靠监管措施,也有利于形成一种科学有效评价医疗设备无线共存能力的评价规范。 The application of wireless communication technology in medical devices has enabled advancements in disease diagnosis,monitoring,and treatment,making medical services more intelligent,mobile,and remote.However,there are great challenges in security and effectiveness of wireless medical devices in the increasingly complex communication interference environment.Therefore,it is essential to quantitatively evaluate the coexistence ability of these devices in such interference environment.This paper aims to analyze the development and regulatory regulations of wireless medical technology,particularly focusing on the four methods of RF conducted test method,multiple chamber test method,radiated anechoic chamber test method and radiated open environment test method in ANSI C63.27-2017 standard.This standard provides a comprehensive process and key technologies for evaluating the coexistence ability of wireless medical devices,thereby ensuring reliable supervision measures for the promotion and application of these devices in the medical field.Additionally,it contributes to the establishment of a scientific and effective evaluation standard for the wireless coexistence ability of medical devices.
