摘要
建立了LC-MS/MS(液相质谱联用)法快速测定网售外用乳膏中非法添加的10种抗菌药物氟康唑、酮康唑、萘替芬、联苯苄唑、克霉唑、益康唑、灰黄霉素、咪康唑、特比萘芬、莫匹罗星。样品用乙腈超声提取,经滤膜滤过,采用电喷雾离子源,正离子多反应监测模式下定量分析。10种药物在质量浓度为20~338.6 ng/mL范围内线性良好,回收率为92.56%~99.08%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.3%~2.9%。该方法适应范围广,灵敏度高,分析高效,能满足实际样品检测需要。
The 10 kinds of antibacterial drugs include fluconazole,ketoconazole,naphthotifen,bibenzazole,clotrimazole,econazole,greveofulcin,miconazole,terbinafine and Mupirolacin.The samples were extracted by ultrasonic acetonitrile,filtered by a filter membrane,and quantitatively analyzed by an electrospray ion source and positive ion multi-reaction monitoring mode.The linearity of the 10 drugs was good in the mass concentration range of 20~338.6ng/mL,the recoveries were in the range of 92.56%~99.08%,and the relative standard deviations range were 0.3%~2.9%.The method has a wide range of adaptability,high sensitivity,high analytical efficiency,and can meet the needs of actual sample detection.
