顶空-气相色谱法测定饮用水中的氰化物和氯化氰

Determination of cyanide and cyanogen chloride in drinking water by headspace-gas chromatography

采用顶空-气相色谱法对饮用水中的氰化物和氯化氰进行了测定,不需要蒸馏,简化了前处理步骤,且在同一色谱条件下测定氰化物和氯化氰;优化了参数,并做了方法学试验以及对纯净水、矿泉水、自来水和井水4种水样进行了测定。该方法灵敏、前处理简单,能够用来测定饮用水中的氰化物和氯化氰的含量。

This method does not require distillation,simplifies the pre-treatment,and determines cyanide and cyanogen chloride under the same chromatographic conditions.The parameters are optimized,the method experiment are conducted to determine pure water,mineral water,tap water and well water.The method is sensitive,simple and can be used to determine cyanide and cyanogen chloride in drinking water for widely applications.
