摘要
目的:建立近红外一致性模型用于快速鉴别伪品立普妥。方法:采集5个厂家的阿托伐他汀钙制剂在12000 cm^(-1)~4000 cm^(-1)范围的光谱,用一阶导数结合矢量归一化预处理光谱,采用偏最小二乘判别分析法(PLSDA)方法建立近红外一致性模型。结果:建立的一致性模型可以快速筛出伪品立普妥,结果与高效液相色谱法一致,准确率100%。结论:本研究建立的近红外一致性模型可用于伪品立普妥的快速筛查,并且操作简便,经济环保,有利于市场监管的提高市场监管的时效性,可推广应用。
The near-infrared consistency model of atorvastatin calcium tablets was established.The spectra of atorvastain calcium tablets from 5 manufacturers were respectively scanned in the range of 12000 cm^(-1)—4000 cm^(-1).The original spectrum was pretreated by the first derivative combined with vector normalization method,and PLSDA method was used to establish the near-infrared consistency model.Through the model,the fake Lipitor can be quickly identified,and the results are consistent with that of HPLC,with an accuracy of 100%.This model is easy to operate,economical and environmentally friendly.
