在线激光打标机在铸件质量追溯中的应用

摘要 针对手工刻制的流水号存在的字体不规范、深度不一、漏刻、错刻及劳动强度大等问题,提出了一种将造型线与激光刻号设备信号进行联动、利用造型线信号的传输实现激光刻号的方法。通过与人工雕刻的流水号对比,使用激光打标机雕刻的流水号字体美观规整,易于辨认,减少了操作者的劳动强度,降低了传统雕刻遗留残渣造成的铸件砂眼缺陷,为铸件的质量追溯提供了更高效、更准确的追溯方法。 In view of the problems of hand-engraved serial numbers such as irregular fonts and depths,missed engravings,wrong engravings,and high labor intensity,a method that linked the molding line signal with the laser marking equipment and used the transmission of the molding line signal to achieve laser marking was proposed.The method of transmission to realize laser marking.By comparing with manually engraved serial numbers,the serial number fonts engraved using a laser marking machine was beautiful,regular,and easy to identify,which reduced the labor intensity of the operator,reduced casting blisters caused by residues left over from traditional engraving.It provided a more efficient and accurate traceability method for the quality traceability of castings.
