朔黄铁路基于自动驻车的运输组织优化研究

摘要 为提升防溜水平,朔黄铁路研发并应用了一种新型自动驻车器,通过列车管风压实现自动防溜和自动解除,该设备的应用对运输组织优化同样具有积极作用。从天窗影响区优化和区间停车运输组织优化2方面,分析自动驻车器对天窗的优化效果。以开行列车数最大化为目标,建立区间停车两阶段优化模型,通过区间停车标铺画和列车运行调整,对既有运行图进行优化求解。结果表明,安装自动驻车器后,每个天窗日预计可以增开3.5列2万吨列车和0.25列普通列车,最高可提升71 250 t运量,年运量将增加6 911 250 t。研究发现:自动驻车器在优化天窗影响区的同时,也能为天窗日区间停车提供必要的技术条件,在提升铁路生产效率的同时,降低运输企业的人力成本,具有良好的经济效益和推广应用价值。 In order to improve the anti-slip level,Shuohuang Railway developed and applied a new type of automatic parking device,which realized automatic anti-slip and automatic release through train pipe wind pressure.The application of this device also played a positive role in optimizing transport organization.This paper analyzed the optimization effect of the automatic parking device on skylight from two aspects of skylight influence area optimization and transport organization optimization based on section stop mode.In order to maximize the number of trains,a two-stage optimization model of section stop was established.The existing train diagram was optimized and solved by logo setting and train timetable adjustment under section stop mode.The results show that after the automatic parking device is installed,each skylight day is expected to increase 3.5 trains of 20000 tons and 0.25 ordinary trains.The capacity can be increased by 71250 tons,and the annual capacity is increased by 6911250 tons.It is found that the automatic parking device can not only optimize the skylight influence area but also provide necessary technical conditions for section stop mode.It can not only improve the railway production efficiency but also reduce the labor cost of transportation enterprises,which has good economic benefits and application value.
