Construction and Application of Calculation and Analysis Model of Freight Liquidation Revenue of Railway Group Companies

以中国铁路新的承运制清算政策为基础,结合铁路清算政策的发展和现状研究,将中国铁路清算政策进行深度剖析,提出了铁路局集团公司作为国铁集团下属自主经营企业在铁路清算过程中的需求。利用运输生产源点指标和国铁集团资金中心清算数据进行串联的信息,形成运输生产源点信息和清算数据一一对接绑定串联的清算模型,将运输生产指标和清算营业收入指标以固定模型形式进行固化精准测算,解决了长期以来运输生产和清算收入两条线问题,实现了运输生产和清算数据的精准及时展现。铁路局集团公司承运清算营业收入测算模型的建立,能够为铁路局集团公司在货运营销、预决算、运输组织调整、考核指标管理等方面提供数据支撑,达到生产和经营一体化,服务与收益一体化目标。

Based on the new liquidation policy of China Railway and its development and current situation,this paper deeply analyzed the liquidation policy of China Railway and put forward the requirements of the railway group company as an independent operating enterprise under China Railway Group in the process of railway liquidation.By utilizing the information concatenated between the transportation production source point indicators and the liquidation data of China Railway Group’s capital center,a liquidation model was formed that connected and bound the transportation production source point information and corresponding liquidation data.The transportation production indicators and liquidation revenue indicators were accurately calculated in a fixed model form,solving the long-standing problem of inconsistent transportation production and liquidation revenue.This paper accurately and timely displayed transportation production and liquidation data.The establishment of the calculation model for the liquidation revenue of railway group companies can provide data support for railway group companies in freight marketing,budget and final accounts,transportation organization adjustment,assessment index management,and other aspects,integrating production,operation,service,and revenue.
