Development of a Special Tool for Disassembling and Assembling High-pressure Sealing Components of Steam Generators

蒸汽发生器是核电主热传输系统的重要设备之一。蒸汽发生器高压密封组件拆装期间,现场检修空间较小,拆装零件重量大,对检修作业造成很大困难。针对上述问题,设计一种便于现场拆装高压密封组件的专用工具。从专用工具的设计要求、方案结构和操作程序等方面做介绍。

The steam generator is one of the important equipment in the main heat transfer system of nuclear power.During disassembling and assembling high-pressure sealing components of steam generators,the on-site maintenance space is small,and the weight of the disassembled parts is large,causing great difficulties for the maintenance operation.A special tool is designed for on-site disassembling and assembling high-pressure sealing components to address the above issues.The design requirements,scheme structure and operating procedures of special tools are introduced.
