基于OPC UA的工业设备数据互联统一管理平台

摘要 随着现代自动化工业不断发展,全球工业领域发展趋向于数字化、信息化和智能化。工厂中智能化设备的型号和品牌各异,数据格式、通信协议也各不相同,导致工厂各个设备之间通信以及数据采集等过程中出现问题,难以实现设备间数据的互联互通,对工厂车间的信息化智能化建设产生阻碍。利用较为先进的OPC UA技术的优势架构,设计了针对工业设备的数据互联统一管理平台,搭建数据服务器实现企业工厂中不同系统的数据共享。经测试,平台可以实现对工业设备数据的统一访问,提升了控制系统的数据互通性。 With the continuous development of modern automation industry,the development of global industrial fields tends to be digital,informatized and intelligent.However,the models and brands of intelligent equipment in the factory are different,and the data format and communication protocol are also different.This will lead to problems in the process of communication and data collection between factory equipment,and it is difficult to realize the interconnection of data between equipment,which hinders the construction of information intelligence in the factory workshop.Therefore,a data interconnection unified management platform for industrial equipment based on OPC UA is designed,which builds a data server to realize data sharing of different systems in enterprise factories.Experiments have proved that the platform can have unified access to the data of industrial equipment,which greatly improves the data interoperability of the control system.
