摘要
针对当前喷吹煤可磨性指数检测数据波动,再现性差的问题,对试验过程进行跟踪分析,实验不同控制参数下对试验结果的影响,从而找出主要影响因素,科学规范检验操作,提高检测效率及准确性,为喷出煤采购及生产控制提供及时准确的数据支持。
In response to the current issue of fluctuations and poor reproducibility in the grindability index detection data of injection coal,the impact of different control parameters on the test results is experimented with to identify the main influencing factors,scientifically standardize the inspection process operation,improve detection efficiency and accuracy,and provide timely and accurate data support for the procurement and production control of injection coal.
