摘要
分析水钢原HRB500E钢筋全钒微合金化成分控制及最终产品性能的情况,为更进一步降低生产成本及产品性能的稳定性,考虑通过采用V-Nb微合金化解决现有问题,满足GB/T 1499.2-2018的要求。
The composition control and final product performance of original HRB500E rebar by V-Nb microalloying in Shuigang were analyzed.In order to further reduce the production cost and improve the stability of product performance,V-Nb microalloying was considered to solve the existing problems and meet the requirements of GB/T 1499.2-2018.
