摘要
烧结工艺灰富含Zn、Pb、K、Na、S等元素,是钢铁企业难以资源化利用的固废,本文介绍了利用转炉钢渣协同处理烧结工艺灰的工艺实践过程。实践结果证明,利用转炉钢渣热能和各种组分协同资源化利用烧结灰具有较好可操作性和科学性,是钢厂全量资源化利用烧结工艺灰的有效工艺方法。
Sintering process ash is rich in Zn,Pb,K,Na,S and other elements,which is a typical solid waste difficult to be recycled in iron and steel enterprises.This paper introduces the process practice of using converter steel slag to treat sintering process ash cooperatively.The practical results show that it is feasible and scientific to utilize sintering ash by utilizing the heat energy and various components of converter steel slag,and it is an effective process method to fully recycle sintering ash in steel mills.
