顶升式液压启闭机在七星河水位调节坝中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 七星河防护体系由多个部分组成,溢流坝对七星河水位起到双向挡水和调节功能。本研究根据调节坝金属结构设备设计理念与原则,拟定防洪工作闸门兼检修闸门+弧形工作闸门方案、平板闸门+卷扬机方案、平板闸门+液压启闭机方案3套方案,通过3个方案的混凝土工程量及投资对比,选择平板闸门+液压启闭机方案。结合选定方案的工作原理及技术特点,进行了工作闸门、液压启闭机、各滑轮、钢丝绳设计。并对防洪工作闸门进行了安装与调试,在运行中发现,启闭过程中油缸同步性能良好,偏差控制在设计允许值10 mm以内,当启门梁抬升至检修平台以上无侧向支撑时运行仍十分平稳,达到了预期的效果。 Qixinghe protection system is composed of multiple parts.The overflow dam plays a bi-directional water retaining and regulating function on the water level of Qixinghe River.According to the design concept and princi-ple of metal works for regulating dam,three schemes were compared including the flood control working and mainte-nance gate+radial working gate scheme,the flat gate+hoist scheme and the flat gate+hydraulic hoist scheme.Based on a comparison of concrete quantity and construction cost,the flat gate+hydraulic hoist scheme was select-ed.Combined with the working principle and technical characteristics of the selected scheme,the design of the working gate,hydraulic hoist,each pulley and wire rope were carried out.After the installation and commissioning of flood control working gate was completed,it was found the cylinder synchronization performance was good in the process of opening or closing,with the deviation controlled within the design allowable value of 10 mm,the opera-tion was still very stable when the opening beam was lifted above the maintenance platform without lateral support,and the expected effect was achieved.
