右江灌区管理现状及其对策

Current status of management and countermeasures for Youjiang Irrigation Zone

百色右江灌区是广西13个大型灌区之一,目前是桂西唯一一个已运行大型灌区,是右江河谷农业和农村经济发展的重要基础设施,同时位于生态环境保护和建设美丽乡村、幸福家园的重要区域。为进一步发挥灌区的作用,有效支撑右江河谷一带粮食安全、农业生产现代化、城乡一体化、乡村振兴和生态文明建设,灌区管理是不可忽视的一环,为了更进一步提升灌区的建设和管理水平,实现灌区建设规范化、管理规范化、用水科学化、效益最大化,可持续发展。本文结合右江灌区实际情况,分析了其现状及存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

As one of the 13 large-scale irrigated areas in Guangxi,Youjiang Irrigation Zone in Baise City is the only large irrigation area that has been running in the western Guangxi,and is an important infrastructure for the develop-ment of agriculture and rural economy in Youjiang River Valley.It is located in an important area for the protection of ecological environment and the construction of beautiful countryside and happy home.In order to further play the role of irrigation zone and effectively support food security,agricultural production modernization,urban-rural inte-gration,rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction in the Youjiang River Valley,the management of irrigation zone is indispensable.In order to further improve the construction and management level of irrigation zone,achieve standardized construction,standardized management,scientific water use,maximum benefit and sus-tainable development of irrigation zone,combined with the actual situation of Youjiang Irrigation Zone,an objective analysis was made on the current status and the existing problems before countermeasures were put forward.
