国际体育人工智能专利技术的网络结构与应用热点

Network Structure and Application Hotspot Analysis of International Sports AI Patent Technology

专利技术成果是衡量生产力发展的重要标志,采用专利分析法与社会网络分析法,对国际体育人工智能专利中的申请国、优先权国、发明人、专利权人、IPC分类号、权利要求内容等信息进行挖掘,同时以共现矩阵和聚类地图的形式,展示出体育人工智能技术专利发展态势与应用热点。研究发现:国际体育人工智能专利技术分布符合“核心—边缘”特征,我国体育人工智能专利技术的国际竞争力有待提升;结合高频IPC分类号的技术术语与专利文本内容,揭示现阶段国际体育人工智能技术热点领域从高到低依次为基于计算机视觉的体能与技战术的识别与预测、基于可穿戴式传感器的动作分析与损伤防控、基于计算机视觉技术的技能反馈与评价裁决、智能体育器械与体育机器人的技术研发与应用。

Patent technology achievements are an important indicator of productivity development.The patent analysis method and social network analysis method are used to explore the information on the application country,priority country,inventor,patentee,IPC classification number and claim content of international sports AI patents,while the co-occurrence matrix and clustering map are employed to show the development trend and application hotspots of sports AI technology patents.The study found that:the distribution of international sports AI patent technology is in line with the“core-edge”feature,and the international competitiveness of China’s sports AI patent technology needs to be improved;Combining the technical terminology and patent text content of high-frequency IPC classification numbers,it is revealed that the current international sports artificial intelligence technology hotspots,from high to low,are the recognition and prediction of physical fitness and technical tactics based on computer vision,action analysis and injury prevention based on wearable sensors,skill feedback and evaluation based on computer vision technology,and the research and application of intelligent sports equipment and sports robots.
