一种超声切割装置的设计及碳纤维复合材料切割研究

摘要 碳纤维复合材料在轨道交通车辆制造领域具有广阔应用前景,但采用传统工艺加工时易产生毛刺、撕裂等缺陷,会影响车辆产品质量,故设计了一种超声切割装置,用于切割碳纤维复合材料,通过对换能器、变幅杆、刀具的结构设计以及材料选用,完成超声切割装置的整体设计;通过ABAQUS软件对超声切割装置进行有限元分析,以验证装置设计的合理性;通过对碳纤维复合材料的切割过程的仿真,验证了超声切割装置的可行性。 Carbon fiber composites have broad prospects in the application of rail transit vehicles.However,because the traditional processing technology is easy to produce burrs,tears and other defects,affecting product quality,this paper designed an ultrasonic cutting device for cutting carbon fiber composite materials,through analysis to verify the rationality of the design,and through the finite element cutting simulation to verify the feasibility of cutting.The main contents of this paper are as follows:through the structural design of the transducer,the amplitude transformer,the tool and the material selection,the design of the ultrasonic cutting device is completed.By using ABAQUS software,the finite element analysis of the components of the ultrasonic cutting device is carried out to verify the rationality of the device design.Through the simulation of cutting process of carbon fiber composite material,the feasibility of ultrasonic cutting is verified.
