互联网和通讯技术飞速发展带来的变革正深刻影响着中国社会的方方面面,电信网络诈骗犯罪发案率持续上升。此类犯罪往往针对不特定对象实施诈骗,受害人分布范围广泛,不仅侵犯了公民的合法财产利益,更扰乱了网络与现实社会的秩序,破坏了人与人之间的信任。针对电信网络诈骗共同犯罪,我国虽然在刑事立法中有相应的规定,但是仍存在不足之处。因此,有必要对电信网络诈骗共同犯罪进行进一步的研究,以期达到更好的规制效果。

The changes brought about by the rapid development of the Internet and communication technology are profoundly affecting all aspects of Chinese society,and the crime rate of telecommunication network fraud continues to increase.This kind of crime often commits fraud against unspecified objects,and the victims are widely distributed,which not only violates the legitimate property interests of citizens,but also disrupts the order of the Internet and the real society,and destroys the trust between people.Regarding the joint crime of telecommunication network fraud,although there are corresponding provisions in our criminal legislation,there are still deficiencies.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct further research on the joint crime of telecom network fraud in order to achieve a better regulatory effect.
