摘要
“双师型”教师队伍建设是推动职业教育产教融合走深走实的重点和难点。科学评价“双师型”教师能力,可以引入层次分析法,从思想政治、教育教学、专业实践、应用技术研究和社会服务五个方面建立指标体系。结合评价指标,促进职业教育“双师型”教师队伍高质量发展,应当坚持党建引领,着力优化专兼职教师结构,完善分类分级培训体系,提高培训精准度,升级教师发展平台,深化考核评价改革。
The construction of“double-qualified”teachers is the key and difficult point to promote the integration of production and teaching in vocational education.To evaluate the ability of“double-qualified”teachers scientifically,the analytic hierarchy process can be introduced to establish an index system from five aspects:ideology and politics,education and teaching,professional practice,applied technology research and social service.Combined with the evaluation indicators,to promote the high-quality development of the“double teacher”team of vocational education,we should adhere to the guidance of the party building,focus on optimizing the structure of full-time and part-time teachers,improve the classified and graded training system,improve the accuracy of training,upgrade the teacher development platform,and deepen the assessment and evaluation reform.
