湖南某尾矿选矿及高质化产品应用研究

摘要 为了实现钨尾矿高质化、大宗量的应用,将固废资源变废为宝,对钨尾矿进行了选矿研究,通过1.2T平板磁选、溜槽重选和旋流重选,将选出的精矿分为四类:分别为石榴子石含量> 85%的精矿,石榴子石含量50%~60%的中等质量精矿,石英含量> 70%的石英砂和非磁性低硬度矿物。将这几类矿物分别应用在喷砂、水刀切割行业、超高性能混凝土(UHPC)和制备纳米早强剂,均取得了显著的应用效果,其中在UHPC中的应用,抗压强度最高可达128.7MPa,比空白组强度提高了20MPa,制备纳米早强剂时,均值粒径D50由13.91μm变成910nm,应用在胶砂中提早强,当纳米早强剂掺量为4%时,16h抗压强度可达8.0MPa,3d抗压强度可达31.0MPa,比空白组强度提升了18%。 In order to achieve high-quality and large-scale application of tungsten tailings and turn solid waste resources into treasures,beneficiation studies were conducted on tungsten tailings.The minerals were separated into four categories through 1.2T flat magnetic separation,sluice selection,and hydrocyclone selection,namely high-quality garnet with a garnet content>85%,mediumquality garnet with a garnet content of 50%~60%,quartz sand with a silica content>70%,and non-magnetic low-hardness minerals.These minerals were applied respectively in industries such as sandblasting,waterjet cutting,ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC),and preparation of nano early strength agent,all of which achieved significant application effects.Among them,the application of tungsten tailings in UHPC resulted in a compressive strength of up to 128.7 MPa,which was 20 MPa higher than that of the blank group.When preparing the nano early strength agent,the mean particle size of tungsten tailings decreased from 13.91μm to 910nm,and when used in glue sand,the compressive strength could reach 8.0 MPa after 16 hours and 31.0 MPa after 3 days when the dosage was 4%,which was an 18%improvement over the blank group.
