压裂液在孔喉结构中的微观流动特性研究

摘要 选择了两种具有代表性的压裂液体系:常规聚合物压裂液体系(HPAM溶液)以及清洁压裂液体系(CTAB+NaSal溶液),利用微观粒子成像测速仪(μ-PIV)研究二者在微通道孔喉结构中的微观流动特性,得到了不同流速下,两种压裂液体系分别在孔喉结构上游和下游的流场分布图。实验结果表明,两种压裂液体系由于其分子结构(粘弹性)的影响,孔喉结构上游流场分布截然不同,而孔喉结构下游流场分布相似。 Two representative fracturing fluid systems are selected:conventional polymer fracturing fluid system(HPAM solution)and clean fracturing fluid system(CTAB+NaSal solution).The microscopic flow characteristics of the two system in the pore throat structure of the microchannel are studied by using microscopic particle imaging velocimetry(μ-PIV),and the flow field distribution maps of the two fracturing fluid systems at the upstream and downstream of the pore throat structure at different flow rates are obtained.The experimental results show that,due to the molecular structure(viscoelasticity)of the two fracturing fluid systems,the flow field distribution upstream of the pore throat structure is quite different,while the flow field distribution downstream of the pore throat structure is similar.
