硫酸铜对不同海水除氧剂除氧效率和速率的研究

摘要 海上油田注入海水组成复杂,矿化度高,有一定量的溶解氧,对井下设备和管线腐蚀严重。除氧是油田注水中重要措施。本文首先从8种常用的除氧剂中筛选出三种效果较好的除氧剂,并进一步研究了硫酸铜对这三种除氧剂的除氧效率和速率的影响,最终得出了3种能够在15 min内将溶解氧浓度降到0.05 mg/L以下的优化配方。 The composition of injected seawater in offshore oil fields is complex and highly mineralized,with a certain amount of dissolved oxygen,which seriously corrode downhole equipment and pipelines,and deoxygenation is an important measure for injected seawater.Eight different oxygen scavengers were evaluated,and three oxygen scavengers with obvious effects were screened out.In particular,the effect of copper sulfate on the deoxygenation efficiency and rate of these three oxygen scavengers were further studied.Finally,three optimized formulations which can reduce the concentration of dissolved oxygen to less than 0.05 mg/L within 15 min were obtained.
