一种耐高温暂堵剂的合成与性能评价

摘要 目前国内暂堵剂普遍存在耐温性能差、高温下易溶于水等缺点针对这个问题,采用丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,CLB为交联剂,室温下通过水溶液聚合法制备了耐高温暂堵剂,能耐156℃高温。通过暂堵剂的耐高温性和吸水膨胀倍数来优化合成工艺。结果表明在60℃,调节pH=6.5;单体浓度为30%;m(AA)∶m(AM)=3∶7;引发剂加量、交联剂加量分别为单体质量的0.1%,0.05%,合成的暂堵剂表现出优异的耐高温性能和耐盐性能,易破胶。其在156℃高温,能抗压4.5 MPa,在5000 mg/L地层水中仍然有良好的性能。 At present,domestic temporary plugging agents generally have the disadvantages of poor temperature resistance and soluble in water at high temperatures.To solve this problem,acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM)are used as monomers,ammonium persulfate is used as initiator,and CLB is used for crosslinking.A high temperature resistant temporary plugging agent is prepared by aqueous solution polymerization at room temperature,which can withstand high temperature of 156℃.The synthesis process was optimized by the high temperature resistance and water absorption expansion ratio of the temporary plugging agent.The experiment showed that at 60℃,pH=6.5 was adjusted.The monomer concentration is 30%.m(AA)∶m(AM)=3∶7;The amount of initiator and crosslinking agent were respectively 0.1%and 0.05%of the monomer mass.The synthesized temporary plugging agent showed excellent high temperature resistance and salt resistance and was easy to gel breaking.It can with stand pressure of 4.5 MPa at high temperature of 156℃,and still has good performance in formation water of 5000 mg/L.
