摘要
以对氨基苯磺酸、α-松油醇、浓硫酸为原料合成了对氨基苯磺酸松油酯。通过红外光谱(FTIR)分析证实了结构。力学性能测试粘度和拉伸剪切强度,并参照GB/T 18261—2000对该化合物进行防霉性能测试和参照GB/T 18260—2015进行防虫性能测试。结果表明:对氨基苯磺酸松油酯具有一定的粘度(9.89 Pa·s)和拉伸剪切强度(8.1 MPa);具有明显的防霉作用,防霉的极限浓度为15%;当浓度≥15%时对台湾乳白蚁(Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki)具有明显的非嗜好性,抗虫蛀蚀作用显著(P<0.05);且对台湾乳白蚁没有杀虫活性。
Terpineyl p-aminobenzenesulfonate was successfully synthesized with using p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid,α-terpineol and concentrated sulfuric acid.The structure of terpineyl p-aminobenzenesulfonate were characterized by FTIR.Mechanics performance testing were used to measure the viscosity and tensile shear strength of the compound.The antifungal and pest control performance of the compound were tested by referring to GB/T 18261—2000 and GB/T 18260—2015.The results showed that:terpinyl p-aminobenzenesulfonate had a certain viscosity(9.89 PA·s)and tensile shear strength(8.1 MPa);it had obvious antifungal effect,and the limit concentration of antifungal was 15%;When the concentration was more than or equal to 15%,it had significant insect resistance against Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki(P<0.05),and had no insecticidal activity against C.formosanus.
