乳液模板法制备油水分离用多孔材料研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 石油在开采和储备过程中常发生泄漏事件,造成严重的水体污染及生态破坏。多孔材料因其孔隙率高、密度低、孔径互通等特点常应用于油水分离领域。目前,多孔材料大多通过高内相如乳液模板法制备。本文就高内相乳液的概念、制备、种类及稳定进行了简单综述。并介绍了高内相乳液模板法制备疏水亲油、疏油亲水、响应型多孔材料及其在油水分离的应用,最后对高内相乳液模板法制备油水分离用材料的发展进行了展望。 Oil leakage often occurs in the process of exploitation and storage,causing serious water pollution and ecological damage.Porous materials are often used in oil-water separation due to their high porosity,low density and pore diameter interflow.At present,most porous materials are prepared by high internal phase such as emulsion template method.The concept,preparation,types and stability of high internal phase emulsion were briefly described.And the preparation of hydrophobic hydrophilic,hydrophobic and responsive porous materials by high internal phase emulsion template and its application in oil-water separation are introduced.Finally,the development of high internal emulsion template for oil-water separation is prospected.
