均苯四甲酸四异辛酯技术研究进展

摘要 介绍了均苯四甲酸四异辛酯(tetraoctyl pyromellitate,TOPM)的性质、用途及生产情况,详细介绍了目前合成TOPM所用的催化剂类型以及TOPM的生产工艺。催化剂包括酸性、非酸性及固体酸催化剂三种类型,其中固体酸催化剂具有催化效率高、寿命长、易于工业化生产等优势,是最具开发前景的催化剂;TOPM的生产工艺包括间歇法、半连续法和连续法,连续法具有原料和能耗低、生产效率高、产品质量稳定等优点,开发TOPM的连续生产方式具有深远意义。 The properties,applications and production process of tetraoctyl pyromellitate(TOPM)are introduced sincerely,and the types of catalysts and production process used in the synthesis of TOPM are discussed in detail.The type of catalysts include acid catalyst,non acid catalyst and solid acid catalyst.The solid acid catalyst has the advantages of high catalytic efficiency,long service life and easy to industrialize,which is the most promising catalyst at present.The production process of TOPM include batch process,semi-continuous process and continuous process.Since the continuous process has the advantages of low cost on raw materials,low energy consumption,high production efficiency and stable product quality,the investigation of continuous production is of far-reaching significance.
