摘要
针对冀东油田钻井过程中的储层保护技术现状,以进一步增强储层保护效果为目的,开展了新型储层保护技术的研究与性能评价。室内通过对作用机理进行分析研究,通过分析冀东油田地层特点,优选协同增效储层保护剂,开展钻井液体系的配伍性及储层保护效果评价,结果表明,协同增效储层保护剂具有较好的失水造壁性,阻止滤液及固相颗粒进入地层,改善储层保护效果。协同增效储层保护技术成功开展现场实验,与钻井液配伍性良好,老化前后性能稳定,中压失水明显降低,具有一定的封堵效果,岩心渗透率恢复值大于90%,储层保护效果良好。
In view of the current situation of reservoir protection technology in Jidong oilfield,in order to further enhance the effect of reservoir protection,the research and performance evaluation of new reservoir protection technology are carried out.Through the analysis and research on the action mechanism,through the analysis of the formation characteristics of Jidong oilfield,the synergetic reservoir protective agent is optimized,and the compatibility of drilling fluid system and the evaluation of reservoir protection effect are carried out.The results show that the synergetic reservoir protective agent has good water loss and wall building property,prevents filtrate and solid particles from entering the formation,and improves the reservoir protection effect.The field test of synergetic reservoir protection technology has been successfully carried out,which has good compatibility with drilling fluid,stable performance before and after aging,obvious reduction of medium pressure water loss,certain plugging effect,core permeability recovery value greater than 90%,and good reservoir protection effect.
