稠油采出水电化学深度除油除硅处理技术应用

摘要 本实验对某油田联合站回用于热采锅炉的稠油采出水进行了现场中试实验,采用电化学方法对稠油采出水除油除硅深度处理,考察了电流密度对油去除率影响及电流密度、除硅剂对硅去除率的影响,结果表明,除油电流密度1.3 mA/cm^(2),除硅电流密度0.5 mA/cm^(2)、除硅剂230 mg/L左右时,确定了除油除硅的最佳工艺参数,除油单元含油量由23 mg/L降到5 mg/L以下,原水硅由226.47 mg/L降到41.03 mg/L,去除率81.88%,处理后的水质满足热采锅炉给水水质标准。具有良好的经济效益与环保效益。 A pilot scale test was carried out on the reuse of produced water from heavy oil to thermal recovery boiler in a united station of an oil field.The electrochemical method was used to treat the heavy oil produced water to remove oil and silicon.The influence of current density on oil removal rate and the influence of current density and silicon removal agent on silicon removal rate were investigated.The results showed that the current density of oil removal was 1.3 mA/cm^(2),the current density of silicon removal was 0.5 mA/cm^(2),and the silicon removal agent was 230 mg/L.The optimal process parameters of oil and silicon removal were determined.The oil content decreased from 23 mg/L to less than 5 mg/L;the silicon content of raw water decreased from 226.47 mg/L to 41.03 mg/L,and the removal rate was 81.88%.The treated water quality met the feed water quality standard of thermal recovery boiler.It has good economic and environmental benefits.
