摘要
在经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TAVR)后患者中,房室阻滞发生率较高。但对于这类患者心脏传导系统的优化管理,一直未形成普遍共识。本病例报告报道3例TAVR术后患者因在随访期间通过基于人工智能的佩戴式智能手表发现高度房室阻滞或完全性心脏传导阻滞,再住院行心脏永久起搏器植入术,旨在为及时发现迟发性高度房室阻滞或完全性心脏传导阻滞提供心电管理经验,以及为TAVR术后患者远程随访策略提供新思路。
Transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)is related to increased risk of atrioventricular block.There is no general consensus on the optimal management of cardiac conduction system in post-TAVR patients.This report described three post-TAVR patients with high-degree atrioventricular block(HAVB)or complete heart block(CHB)detected by smartwatches.Patients were re-hospitalized and permanent pacemaker implantation were performed in these patients.Our report might help improve the optimal management in terms of monitoring and timely detection of HAVB/CHB,and provide new ideas for remote follow-up strategy of post-TAVR patients.
