摘要
左心耳为左心房在左肺静脉附近的肌性延伸结构,为心房颤动患者血栓形成的主要部位,其形态多变,但先天发育不良较为罕见。本文报道1例持续性心房颤动患者左心耳先天性发育不良,并对其进行影像学及三维电解剖分析。
The left atrial appendage is a muscular extension of the left atrium near the left pulmonary veins.It is one of the most common sites for thrombosis formation.Its shape varies,but the agenesia of which is rare.This study reports the angiographic and electroanatomic analysis of agenesia of the left atrial appendage in a patient with persistent atrial fibrillation.
